The Monk

These were designed after a trip to Mexico City.  I saw a picture of a 16 century Catholic Monk wearing these,  I immediately created The Monk. 

The fore strap is fixed but the cross heel strap is fully adjustable.  A total classic that has been around since Ancient Times. 

Graph paper trace picture required:  With this picture, I'm able to make a custom sandal for a very accessible price.  (see youTube Paisley Running Sandals - Graph Paper Measurement).  Just email me a picture of the trace and I can recreate your foot in my shop.  Per the video, please also give me the height of your foot just above the center of your arch.  This allows me to have the two adjustable straps all ready for your foot.  Please make sure you're using graph paper which is exactly 4 squares per inch! 1/4" graph paper.  

The end result is a very stable, supportive & fashionable sandal.  Every part of the sandal is serviceable for years!  A truly sustainable sandal which will perform for hundreds of miles.
